What do you expect from the AKDB? The management of the AKDB ensures macroeconomic stability. In this area, the central services are finance, law and data protection, quality management, process management and digitalization.

You provide expert and practical advice on all data protection issues. You answer specific questions, in particular with regard to municipal and public structures. You implement data protection measures according to GDPR, BayDSG and BayEGovG and continue to develop them. You develop, maintain and optimise data protection concepts, processes and guidelines. You perform tasks of an internal / externally appointed data protection officer (depending on the structure). You design and conduct internal training, workshops, lectures and webinars. You will be able to create comprehensible documentation that is really used in everyday work. You are testing new developments (e.g. in the field of AI and data protection) and assessing their impact on our organization.

Completed studies (legal, administrative, economic or computer science) or a single training with comparable qualifications Practical experience in data protection – you know how implementation really looks A certification as a data protection officer (m/w/d) is advantageous Experience in the local or public environment is a plus Affinity for AI tools and digital processes You work professionally, structured and reliable You will certainly perform, communicate clearly and can also represent uncomfortable topics Self-responsible work is self-evident
