Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Central contact for specialist areas on site in coordination with Service Desk and Onsite support; Support of users in hard and software problems including training, instruction and documentation Analysis, processing and documentation of Incidents and Service Requests incl. Error diagnosis and troubleshooting on clients, notebooks, printers and peripheral devices while maintaining SLAs and service processes Installation, configuration, rollout and lifecycle management of end devices as well as maintenance of operating systems (e.g. Windows) and software distribution via client management tools Establishment and exchange of jobs (on/offboarding), management of user accounts and permissions (e.g. Active Directory) and support of meeting room and conference technology IT management in the production environment (e.g. industrial PCs, HMI systems), including analysis and troubleshooting, software and interface support as well as support in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, location support)

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Complete IT training (e.g. specialist system integration) or comparable qualification Experience in onsite support, incident/request management, client/OS administration and support of production-related systems Practice in user care, cross-disciplinary cooperation and IT projects (rollouts, migrations, workplace concepts) Knowledge of Active Directory, IT Service Management Systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and Structured Disorder Analysis Structured, service-oriented working methods, team skills and independent work
