With your binding and responsible way, you take on professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility for currently 6 employees. You coordinate cooperation between contractors, internal services and employees. It is obvious that you ensure the contractually and qualitatively correct delivery of services on the basis of the service description of the contracted service providers. We also know the acceptance, reporting and auditing of the agreed services, including order processing, in your best hands. The preparation of external tenders for services and participation in the award and organisation of the winter service are your tasks. In addition, countfitibe removal, green area care and pest control belong to your area. The creation of cleaning plans and concepts completes your tasks. Last, but not least, you will take part in the standby service after an extensive introduction.

You have a degree in facility management or a comparable qualification with corresponding knowledge in cleaning and hygiene management. This is complemented by well-founded expertise in the maintenance of commercial real estate – professional and disciplinary leadership experience is a clear plus. In MS Office you are extremely migrated – you are also familiar with the German language in word and writing. You also bring a class B driver's license and technical understanding. At a personal level, you score with communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and economic thinking and structured action.
