Location Ellwangen, Germany In this position, you will help our customers become even more successful by consulting and accompanying them in the application of Operational Excellence and LEAN principles to increase productivity, quality and efficiency. You develop targeted project designs with passion and moderate workshops on all hierarchical levels for our customers. The execution of trainings for employees and executives of our customers will give you pleasure and you will develop methods, tools and training materials. You monitor the progress of the project to achieve milestones and overall project objectives and support stakeholders in the application of project management instruments. You are driving forward the further development of our consulting portfolio in exchange with the global Ivoclar Vivadent Operational Excellence Team.

You have completed their studies in the field of engineering or business and bring several years of professional experience in an advisory function or in the dental industry. Experience in the field of digitalization, knowledge in LEAN / Operational Excellence and in practical implementation, you are characterized and your energetic and positive personality with professional appearance convince your interlocutors. An independent, team-oriented way of working with a high readiness to travel is assumed. Funded analytical skills as well as basic knowledge in project management and business management are your profile. Very good communication skills in German and English (C1), Spanish of advantage, as well as convincing presentation and moderation skills complete your profile. .
