We are looking for a motivated and careful production employee (m/w/d) for small parts assembly. With your precise operation, you will ensure that small assemblies and products are created from very precise individual parts. For this position you need skill, concentration and willingness to work in a dedicated team. You take responsibility for your tasks and ensure quality and efficiency. The activities are carried out according to clearly defined procedures, with the focus on order and cleanliness at the workplace.

• Assembly of small assemblies and products from very small individual parts
• Operation of simple devices and machines
• independent work and review of own services
• Ensuring process processes according to the specifications
• Active participation in order and cleanliness in the workplace

We are looking for

This position requires craftsmanship and a pronounced look for detail. Equally important are the ability to work concentrated over a long time, as well as the flexibility to adapt to clear specifications. Language skills and team skills complement the ideal profile for this job.

• Embossed fine motors and skill at work
• Long lasting concentration capability and precision
• Willingness to cooperate in the team
• Secure German knowledge (at least B1)
• Experience in assembly or production (3 to 5 years)
• Flexibility and adaptability within a defined framework
