We are looking for a dedicated Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) for our customers in the room Schwäbisch Hall. In this role you contribute to the Improving the quality of life of our older citizens and them to allow a dignified life. You work in one support team in health and social affairs and have the Possibility to develop your skills in care.

Tasks:

• Care and support of senior citizens in everyday life
• implementation of care measures in accordance with the individual Requirements of residents
• documentation of care services and observation of the Health status
• Cooperation with doctors, therapists and relatives optimal care of patients
• Completion of leisure activities to promote social Contact

Requirements:

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Sensitivity in dealing with older people
• Team skills and communication strength
• readiness for shiftwork
• Knowledge of basic nursing sciences desirable
