Energy consulting for buildings (stock analysis, measures planning, variant comparison) Creation of energy concepts and evidence (e.g. energy certificates, refurbishment plans, modernisation recommendations) Application and support of funding (in particular KfW/BAFA): Examination of eligibility, compilation and submission of documents Technical evaluation and advice on heating systems (e.g. heat pump, hybrid solutions, biomass, district heating, solar thermal) Monitoring and control of external service providers Support in the design and optimization of heating systems (efficiency, hydraulics, regulation) Documentation and quality assurance of projects
Qualification/approval for submission of applications for funding (e.g. energy efficiency experts) or comparable authorization Knowledge of heating technology and building technology Technical training or studies (e.g. TGA, Supply Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology) or Master/Technist SHK Structured working and experience in documentation and customer communication
