Your mission:

• With 19 hours a week in child care, you create a loving, inspiring environment for children between 10 months and 3 years
• They support the organisational management with an exemption of 17 hours per week in organizational and conceptual tasks
• In the absence of the management, you take over the representation, coordinate procedures and are contact persons for the team
• Your ideas actively contribute to the further development of the natural pedagogical orientation

Your profile

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Professional experience in childcare, ideally with a natural pedagogical focus
• First experience in personnel management as well as organizing and managing a kita
• Responsibility, team skills and excellent communication skills
• Additional qualifications in the field of lead and guidance are advantageous
