Expert:in (m/w/d) für Suppliermanagement, Contract Controlling & Compliance

They are the central contact person for the employees:inside the service manager in all contractual matters. They maintain close cooperation with our contractual partners: within and are available as a contact person during the entire contractual term. You take over the contract controlling and create regular reports to ensure optimal management of the contracts and of the framework contract partners:in and their assignment. As part of the tender preparation, you will optimize our award documents with a view to strategic objectives, such as the establishment of long-term and sustainable partnerships with our supplier. They work across areas to optimize processes and drive strategic supplier development.

Degree: Successfully completed studies, ideally in real estate / facility management or comparable Professional experience: Long-standing professional experience in real estate Technical knowledge: Funded knowledge of construction and construction engineering structures Personally: Very good German knowledge (at least B2 level), excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong judgement and decision-making ability, ability to early risk assessment, pronounced conceptual skills
