In one of our social-therapeutic housing groups, you accompany people with disabilities in everyday life, support them with their needs and care for structure, security and appreciation. You work in an experienced team that supports you and, together with you, the residents: as best as possible.

In the group, adult people with mental disabilities live, who need special attention, structure and safety in their daily lives. Our goal is to create a stable environment in which our inhabitants feel: understood, accepted and supported. The team accompanies our residents: during the day between 6:30 and 21:00 - with expertise, patience and heart.

Your tasks:

• Comprehensive assistance and accompaniment of our residents:
• Support in dealing with mental vulnerabilities and challenging behavior
• Safe action in crisis situations and deescaling behaviour
• Basic care activities as required
• Documentation of educational and nursing measures

Your profile:

• Completed training as curative caregiver, educator, nursing staff or caregiver m/w/d
• Professional experience in pedagogical work or in dealing with people with disabilities
• High resilience, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• ability to adapt to different personalities and group dynamics
• empathy, patience and appreciation in dealing with our residents:
• readiness to exchange and weekend services
• Class B licence is desirable
