Here's something to us:

Friseur blonde has been there for more than 25 years. We are currently 8 colleagues. Everyone can help. We are a loose team and there is no hierarchy with us. We are also doing something together more often in leisure. e.g.: In the evening an evening drink, food go or even hiking. 

The fluctuation is low with us. The colleagues stay on average between 6 and 16 years. We regularly attend trade fairs or attend seminars.

Blond has a big customer base. Payment is fair through a sales commission. We work on average for 34 hours per week. Since there are weekly changing layers, you often have a timely evening or just start in the afternoon and free the morning. Day shift Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 to 16:00 and late shift Monday to Friday 15:00 or 16:00 to 22:00.
