The bodyholder is responsible for information and data management across the administrative systems involved. The focus is on the translation of technical requirements into technical solutions, the design of information and data architecture, the technical control of BI solutions and the development of cross-border role and authorization concepts.   • Translation of technical requirements from administrative areas into technical solutions for key figures and reporting to the management of the university

  • secure handling of BI and reporting tools as well as basic understanding of data models and data structures
  • very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C1)
  • Practical experience in the independent design and development of reports and dashboards with common BI tools (e.g. HIS-BI, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is desired
  • Knowledge in SQL or work with relational databases and data modeling are advantageous
  • Experience with authorization and role concepts in administration or ERP systems is desirable
  • Experience with methods and tools of agile project management (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) is advantageous
