As part of our PreMaster program - Agile Master you are the heartbeat of our agile transformation – a coach, a mentor and a pioneer. You enable our teams to develop their full potential and deliver excellent results. Your mission is to answer the introduction and support of agile methods within a team. As an Agile Master within your PreMaster program, you support team performance and support team members' psychological health. You make sure that fun and commitment remain in the work process. As a creative team member, you’ll support the team’s commitment for continuous improvement through retrospectives. To identify and eliminate obstacles, you work closely with the team and implement/use the principles and practices of agile methods. You also use and implement the principles and practices of agile methods. This brings you a deep understanding of agile workings such as Scrum or Kanban. In addition, you have a pronounced empathy and communication strength and show a pronounced coaching minimum.

Education: completed university studies (Bachelor) with concrete intention to include a master's degree Experience and know-how: First experiences with agile methods? Great! Coaching experience with teams or individuals? Better! But most importantly, fun trying out new things and taking others along. Personality and Operation: excellent communication skills, empathy and patience, effective support of the team, collaborative and proactive work, open to team coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of goals Language: fluent German in word and writing
