This is your job: responsibility for the administrative tasks and the appearance of the Private Banking department General secretarial tasks including telephone service and appointment and room coordination Customer reception settlement of customer orders (candidate and settlement (external) payment transactions, online banking, varieties, precious metals, card business) Execution of correspondence including return control Pre- and post-preparations according to the coordinated approach in private banking Support of consultants in customer support and processing of business incidents (offering, order processing, settlement correspondence) Complete processing of business incidents in coordination with the PB consultants, in particular via OSP You bring this with: completed bank or savings banks training or comparable commercial training The above-mentioned necessary qualifications can be replaced in individual cases by corresponding long-term practical experience in the field/area.
