machining and milling of aluminium components and large components for rail vehicles on modern 5-axis CNC machining centres Stand-alone brushing, setting and operating of CNC systems including workpiece clamping, tool preparation and selection of suitable milling programs Performance of quality controls on the manufactured components according to technical specifications and drawings Detection and elimination of system malfunctions and implementation of simple maintenance work and documentation of the work steps

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as CNC milling cutter, ideally in the machining of complex workpieces and large components Safe handling of CNC controls, preferably SINUMERIK 840D Good knowledge of German; Crane and forklifts are of advantage
