As a speaker Online Fundraising (m/w/d) - with a focus on e-mail fundraising / marketing, you will take over the following exciting and diverse tasks at the Federal Office of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V.: Development and adaptation of the online fundraising strategy with special focus on email fundraising / marketing Conception and implementation of emailing campaigns Development and implementation of automated Donor-Journeys to increase donation retention and generation Generating new recipients for the newsletter Editorial planning for the newsletter, newsletter creation, quality control, analysis and testing Support in developing and implementing SEO strategies and AdWords/Microsoft Ads campaigns Development and implementation of effective lead generation strategies by email marketing to identify and win potential donors (use of AI) Support in planning the budget for the e-mail marketing area
