Become a production employee (m/w/d) in the field of metal and prove your skills. In this central role, you support the entire production process and ensure that quality is guaranteed at the highest level.

• You take the assembly work and make sure that each product meets the specified standards.
• With semi-automatic machines you work precisely and reliably.
• Milling and grinding work is one of your daily tasks and contributes significantly to product quality.
• Your accurate picking and packaging ensures smooth delivery.
• quality control plays a central role; you carefully check each product and report any deviations.

We are looking for

This position is ideal for motivated and reliable personalities with perhaps not too much experience yet, but with a great willingness to learn and develop. In addition to technical affinity, your organizational skills are also required.

• You bring good knowledge of German in word and writing to understand work instructions safely.
• A strong reliability and team capability are the key to you.
• Ideally, you have gained first experience in a production or metal operation, but are ready to learn new things.
• With a high degree of care you carry out quality controls.
• You are flexible for 3-shift operation and bring the necessary physical load capacity.
