Unlike many classical internships, you will gain insights into international cooperation with CFOs (Chief Financial Oficer), corporate audit, legal, IT and other management functions. You work on current governance, compliance and digitization issues, support group-wide policies and learn how risks can be detected, avoided and prevented by effective processes, controls and prevention measures. We ensure the implementation of the corporate guidelines in the markets, learn from current audit Findings and share this knowledge within the global sales controlling network. These challenges await you: Analysis of corporate audit reports, market processes and governance issues to derive concrete recommendations for action and practical measures for risk prevention for the global sales controlling organization Participation in cross-departmental knowledge and exchange formats, such as Policy Round Tables, as well as networking with Sales, IT, Corporate Audit, Internal Control and Legal partners to identify relevant developments for CFOs in the markets Support, control or independent management of projects in the fields of finance governance, knowledge management, digitalization and artificial intelligence, including the development of AI-based solutions and AI agencies Maintaining and developing central communication and knowledge platforms, including FC (Financial & Controlling) Support Website, FC & CFO Support News, Revenue Controlling Online Handbook and Ad hoc Information for International Markets Advice and support of CFOs and the sales controlling organization in governance, compliance, audit, data protection and internal control topics Support in the revision, adaptation and implementation of key governance policies, such as the Used Cars Policy, in close cooperation with Sales, Legal and other relevant stakeholders Support for the onboarding of new CFOs and ensuring transparency through international CFO exchanges, important market contacts and governance Analysis and maintenance of application, data and governance issues, including compliance requirements, responsibilities, documentation and follow-up of defined measures The activity can begin from January 2027.
