Forget the cliché from the classic switch business. In practice at VWFS, you are working on real financing solutions, supporting customers in important situations of life and getting to know the diverse facets of modern financial services: Direct Bank & Customer Service (VW Bank): Here we support our customers: in their concerns about our banking business (including account management, customer contact, payment transactions). Financing & Loans: You accompany financing requests for private and business customers – from the first request to the audit to the financing decision. Sales & Products: From the idea to marketing, we design needs-oriented offers and products. Risk Management & Processes: We estimate the financial and other risks to business (including risk analysis, valuation, market surveillance).

You start on August 1st and change between practical phases with us and teaching at the Otto-Bennemann School in Braunschweig. Azubi Project: You bring your own ideas and implement first projects in the banking environment. In-house seminars: You support you in the development of expertise and successful completion. Flexible and independent deployment planning – all business units are open to you.

You will learn this at the vocational school: The theoretical content of the Otto-Bennemann-Schule in Braunschweig is given to you. You build your knowledge step by step, even without prior knowledge: Basics of banking: Learn how modern financial services work and gain insight into issues such as payment, account management and financing. Investment & security: You understand how assets are built and secured (including assets, insurance, precautions). Loan business: Whether vehicle financing or major investment projects – you will learn the different forms of lending and operations. Law & Economy: You can find out why banks follow certain legal frameworks and what economic factors play a role. Project work: independent planning and implementation of a project as part of your final exam.

You have at least one secondary degree I - real school degree. Your last two testimonials are at least 2.5. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level). Interest in economic relations and financial issues. Motivation to take responsibility and learn new things. Joy in working with people and explaining them understandably. Reliable, independent working and team capacity.

Attractive training allowance of over 1,300 euros per month at 35 hours per week and 30 days per year. Our campus in Braunschweig is generous and green and offers a lot of space for working and learning from the quiet learning area to the open working area. In the canteen there are freshly cooked dishes daily, also vegetarian and vegan, and short paths, modern facilities as well as a good connection make everyday work pleasant.
