You advise and accompany municipalities and contractors along the entire funding process – from project idea to successful completion You control projects independently and coordinate all relevant stakeholders from administration, business and internal teams You check and optimise support documents (e.g. applications, medium-calls, proofs) and ensure their quality and compliance with funding You keep track of deadlines, milestones and requirements and ensure smooth project progress You moderate tuning, accompany on-site appointments and act as a central contact person for your projects You prepare complex content to address and create reports, decision templates and project overviews You design and guide workshops as well as information events and represent projects confidently to different stakeholders

Successfully completed studies in the field of administrative, legal or economic sciences, geography or a similar course of study with professional experience, alternatively also completed farmer:in, manager:in with professional experience Ideally experience in cooperation with public institutions or in project management Remarkable: previous knowledge of work with funding programs Solution-oriented, independent and structured operation Organizational talent and a very high level of responsibility High social and communication skills, convincing and serious occurrence German language skills
