We are looking for a highly motivated employee (w/m/d) who enjoys being able to realise himself technologically, discover new things, seek individual solutions and who is proud to find his ideas on board ships or in complex industrial plants!

Together we implement what matters: Development: You develop innovation strategies in the maritime and industrial environment and implement them New trends and technologies: You identify and evaluate new trends, technologies and market opportunities in cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners Main technology fields: energy (generation, storage, distribution), drive systems, automation, AI and autonomous mobility Project management: You lead innovation projects - from idea finding to market maturity Networking: You build a network of universities, research institutes and technology partners and maintain this Funding: You support the acquisition of funding Presentations: You present projects and results to management, customers and partners

What you add to us: Qualification: You have an academic degree in an electrotechnical field Professional experience: You have (first) professional experience in cooperation with universities and research institutions or even have gained first experience in innovation management Knowledge: You are creative and have a strong sense of trends and technological developments Working methods: Strategic thinking is yours, you are responsible and convincing, have a high degree of initiative and describe yourself as a team player
