Our mission in Mass Control is to improve and secure people who have become guilty of an existing psychiatric or addiction disease. Over 300 nursing and 100 therapeutic staff:in various professions, the individual resocialization goals of the patient are achieved as well as possible, thus allowing them to live without punishment. Currently approx. 400 patients: in 23 treatment units, an institute collective and a forensic therapy centre. The legal basis for treatment is given by the Hamburger Mass Regulatory Act. The course of treatment in the measuring standard is divided into admission and initial diagnosis, professional-group-specific treatment planning and implementation, risk analysis and risk management.
