You want to go through social work? Start your dual studies with the appropriate practical partner. Experience our dual study with courses on campus on two days a week. Then deepen your knowledge using our interactive learning materials. We are an outpatient helper with a resource-oriented and trauma-centered focus in work. We work with flat hierarchies in a small team in Tandems per case and complement each other and support each other through regular collegial case consultations and internal supervision.

You accompany adult people with (early-children) traumatizations in everyday life and assist them in meeting their individual challenges You help your client build structures, find orientation and make social participation possible You can participate in individual trauma pedagogical contacts – both in our premises and in the looking setting You test, document and reflect educational processes You participate in team discussions, case reflections and supervisions You organize and design small offers for stabilisation and everyday management

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You encounter people open, empathic and value-estimating – regardless of their way of life You are ready to deal with the effects of (early) traumatizations on personality development You can reflect well and are open to feedback and professional development You work responsibly, reliable and structured You communicate clearly, respectfully and can adjust yourself well to different people You like to work in the team, but also bring your own initiative and self-employment Career prospects: With your conclusion, you will be qualified directly for cooperation in trauma pedagogical assistance, outpatient setting or stabilising individual care. With increasing professional experience, you can accompany more complex cases, coordinate network work and control self-help processes.
