Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g. a state-approved nurse:in or health and nursing:in, children's health and children's caregivers:in) or an equivalent degree solid knowledge in the fields of care management, quality assurance and IT Guide configurations with the extra portion of a distributive feel Teamability, sense of responsibility and a great heart for care Sensitivity in dealing with customers: a driving licence class B
