Your three-year dual study from autumn 2025 changes between the three-month theoretical phase at the DHBW Heilbronn and the practical phase at the Lidl Foundation The two-language International Retail Management degree course not only teaches you well-founded BWL knowledge, but also brings you close to the international trade and economic world and intercultural management. This is why you will be intensively supervised at our international headquarters in Neckarsulm – from our personnel department, your specialist department and a sponsor. By combining theory and practice, you quickly and professionally go to growth. You're going through an intensive process and you'll get to know our store and logistics centers in addition to your own department. You also have the opportunity to gain international experience in a European company. Your fee (1st year: 1.650 €, 2nd year: 1.750 €, 3rd year: 1.950 €) can also be seen.
