Employee Accounting - Controlling / Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

Depending on the current needs and your experience, you will perform tasks in different areas:

Main bookWorking on monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Account adjustment and account clarification Booking and audit of current business incidents Support for balance sheet and tax issues Participation in the preparation of documents for auditors and tax advisers

Debitor AccountingCalculation Accounting and monitoring of payment inputs Account clarification and voting of open items Support in receivable management and dunning Coordination with project managers in open and unexplained situations

Creditor Accounting Auditing, Accounting and Accounting Processing and clarification of invoice differences Care and coordination of creditor accounts Preparation and implementation of payment procedures Voting with purchasing, project managers and other departments

ControllingSupport for monthly reporting, planning and forecasting Implementation of nominal actual and deviation analyses Processing and analysis of key figures Support for project and cost center controlling Creation and development of evaluations Support for short-term analyses and special commercial topics

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with further training in financial and accounting, or a comparable background. You have at least 2 years of practical experience in accounting You have good knowledge of at least two of these areas and the willingness to work on further topics You draw from an independent, structured and careful way of working You are safe in handling MS Office applications, especially Excel Your German skills are on C1 level, so you can communicate safely in everyday work.
