Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales or customer service, of which min. 1 year in a leadership position A high service orientation and joy in dealing with customers: The ability to inspire people, to move and develop you Analytical skills for derivation measures A clear and effective communication in German and ideally in English Flexibility and durability, even in stressful situations
