Strategic accompaniment of ongoing trials in all instances and before the ECJ. Own management of legal proceedings and cooperation with external lawyers. Development of guides, templates and work instructions as well as legal correspondence with supervisory authorities, companies, consumers and internal stakeholders. Legal advice and support for consumer complaints. Evaluation of current legislative procedures and jurisdiction. Cooperation and support in cross-departmental projects, in particular in the development of new products and services in all business areas, including on the basis of agile methods and in the digitization of process processes. Legal protection of SCHUFA and its participations and setting of legal standards.

Completed university degree in law with the completion of the 1st and 2nd state exam. Ideally multi-year professional experience. In-depth knowledge of data law and knowledge of civil and civil process law. Experience in the management of legal disputes/process management and judicial negotiations. High service and service orientation as well as an independent and result-oriented way of working. Experiences with customer-centric working in agile organisations are advantageous. IT affinity and interest in the automation and digitization of legal activities. High level of target orientation combined with the willingness to work on new topics.
