SAP FI/CO Transformation Lead / Enterprise Architect Job (g.n.) – S/4HANA Strategy & Standardization

The challenges of this SAP job Process Responsibility & Design: Definition and strategic responsibility for all financial-related target concepts, guidelines and processes within the new IT system landscape. S/4HANA Transformation: Leading and controlling the end-to-end process transformation during the migration of SAP R/3 to S/4HANA. Project & Scope Management: Coordination of the project scope in its own area of responsibility taking into account complex, cross-departmental interfaces. Standardization: Drive the standardization of financial processes according to SAP best practices and the new S/4HANA architecture. Data migration: Strategic planning and monitoring of data migration in terms of quality, consistency, compliance and strategy. Interface Communication & Workshops: Implementation of workshops, creation of decision templates and ensuring effective communication between accounting, controlling, corporate finance, IT and external partners. Change & Go Live Management: Supporting the Go Live and Post implementation phase through active stakeholder and change management, user support and training.

Expert knowledge: deep, long-term expertise in the SAP FI/CO environment as well as a well-founded, practice-proven understanding of S/4HANA financial processes and standards. Transformation experience: Multiannual experience in managing complex large-scale projects (e.g. S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield migrations), especially in the transformation of individual solutions to the SAP standard. Methods & Consultancy Competence: Found experience in strategic IT consulting, project management and end-to-end process responsibility. Personality: Strong communicative skills, diplomatic skill and the detectable ability to act with very experienced stakeholders at eye level. Technical background: solid technical understanding of S/4HANA integration architectures as well as a structured, solution-oriented and powerful way of working. Language knowledge: German and English knowledge for the global working environment.
