• Expansion and further development of our HR IT system landscape: With your support, we are driving forward the expansion and further development of our HR IT landscape as part of our HR Digitalization Strategy. In principle, we focus on a best-of-suite approach focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and are open to the integration of other tools to ensure the best solution for our needs.
• From operational to strategic: You actively contribute your know-how and proactively shape our SuccessFactors landscape. Your tasks range from operational work in the systems and professional support to the strategic development of the landscape, the analysis of requirements and the derivation of recommendations for action in the team.
• End-to-end implementation: You take responsibility for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules that we will introduce in the future - from conception to go-live, always together in the team, especially in close cooperation with colleagues from IT.
• Process optimization: You analyze existing HR processes and systems together with the departments and identify optimization potentials through the efficient use of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Quality assurance: You ensure the quality by performing system tests and user acceptance tests (UAT).
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: You develop and carry out training for users to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Stakeholder Management: You work closely with executives, HR, IT and other stakeholders to meet requirements and develop tailor-made solutions.
