First contact person for internal TüV SüD customers Offer creation and presentation including follow-up until commissioning Designing presentations, videos, product information and instructions Analysis and acceptance of specific customer needs including planning of IT activities in coordination with customers Consulting and support in IT projects and in the analysis and design of processes and IT solutions Continuous knowledge building through the pursuit of IT trends as part of our own research

Completed study of economic informatics, computer science or comparable discipline or completed vocational training with first professional experience First Experience in Business IT-Alignment IT expertise in at least one of the following areas: hardware, software, SAP or IT processes Sales and negotiation skills with safe occurrence High social competency, pronounced service mentality combined with creative skills as well as presentation strength and experience in cooperation with intercultural teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages
