They strengthen the position of the BLB NRW for matters in the Federal Building with regard to contractors, by avoiding claims or Defence of unauthorised claims They accompany construction projects as part of a preventive contract and claim management They advise and support our project participants in the award of contracts for freelance services (e.g. AHO, HOAI, BGB) and construction services (VOB, BGB) They support the management of contract and follow-up negotiations They establish contractual target /actual deviations, analyze the causes and support the development and implementation of countermeasures They analyse possible results and develop appropriate countermeasures to avoid future construction projects (Lessons-Learned-Betrachtung) They develop claim strategies in dealing with emerging claims They support the adaptation or new development of existing contract patterns and innovative contract and award strategies They take over the coordination of various project participants (e.g. project managers, judiciary, external service providers, purchasing)

You have a completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Economic Engineering, Economic Law, Technical Building Equipment or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: They have at least three years of professional experience ideally in real estate management, construction engineering, contract management, claim management or in the execution of construction projects They have deeper knowledge of building contract law (VOB, BGB), in the costing of construction prices as well as in architectural and engineering contracting (AHO, HOAI) Ideally, you already have experience in the procurement law and in the processing of constructional supplements Microsoft Office products can be used safely, and SAP knowledge is also desirable It distinguishes a solution-oriented negotiation, cross-departmental thinking and your communication strength They have a high level of team capacity combined with proactivity and self-responsibility They bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to conduct a service car and a safety review “Ü 2” under the Security Audit Act NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E12 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 63.000,00 – approx. € 82.000,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees.
