Creation and further development of technical documentation for our machines and systems as well as support for the editorial system DOCUFY COSIMA go as administrator and key user Conception, creation and maintenance of training documents and technical content for internal and external training, the LINCK Academy and our digital customer platform myLINCK Supporting the specialist departments in the preparation of risk assessments and safety-related documentation Research and processing of technical information in close cooperation with the fields of expertise and development of knowledge databases, documentation and knowledge management processes Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, guidelines and standards in the field of technical documentation Creation of technical illustrations, graphics, videos and digital learning and training media Visualization of complex technical relationships through modern media formats and interactive content Control of translation processes and cooperation with external translation service providers Care and further development of technical terminology Participation in the introduction and use of innovative technologies such as AI-based documentation, automated translation and smart content

Successfully completed studies in the field of technical editorial, communication or media management, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification; as an alternative a technical training with further training to the technical editor (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable additional qualification Experience in technical documentation, ideally in machine or plant engineering Safe handling of editorial systems, ideally DOCUFY COSIMA go Knowledge of graphics, layout or video editing programs Interest in modern technologies, digital solutions and artificial intelligence and ideally experience in e-learning, digital media or knowledge management Structured and independent operation, high quality orientation as well as communication strength and team capacity in exchange with different disciplines Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
