Surveying Engineer (m/f/d)

Central coordination, control and monitoring of the survey offices and construction companies used. Advising the project management in all surveying, organizational and contractual issues. Analysis and solution of complex technical facts, in particular in the field of network balancing, coordinate systems and transformations. Check the consistency and traceability of the supplied data according to the project-specific requirements. Creation of performance descriptions and award documents for measurement services. Examination of allowances, invoices, supplements and contractual arrangements. Monitoring and documentation of performance progress as a basis for accounting and tracking. Development and implementation of company and project-specific standards and processes in the field of measurement. monitoring compliance with relevant standards and requirements by external contractors; Training if necessary. Coordination of data flows and transfers in cooperation with geodata management to ensure consistent data management. handover of all relevant technical documents, survey data and experience values in suitable form (e.g. workshops, documentation, handover protocols).

Complete studies in the field of surveying, geodesy, geoinformatics, civil engineering or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in surveying, ideally in infrastructure projects Experience in the coordination of service providers and survey offices Very good knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. AutoCAD, MicroStation) Secure handling of GIS software and MS Office Experience with tendering, awarding and billing of construction and surveying services (e.g. VOB / UVgO) Experience with modern measurement technologies (e.g. GNSS, Tachymeter, Laserscanning, UAV Knowledge in coordinate systems, network balancing and transformations Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2) driving licence class B
