The department is responsible for monitoring and configuring fraud prevention systems in payment transactions. Payment flows are analysed, anomalies are detected and recommendations for adjustments to the rules in the institutes are prepared. The department is actively involved in AI development and the development of fraud prevention systems in the area. Regular reports and adhoc requests are processed. The department is central contact for internal and external partners in issues of fraud prevention.
