What awaits you: During your internship, you work independently on the organization and design of central training You support the team in reporting, plan and organize event formats. You are a contact person for fixed topics such as management training or blended learning. You help us structur the day-to-day business and the coordination between employees: to implement and actively shape our Vodafone Spirit.

What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You study (economic) psychology, a social or economic science or a comparable discipline with good degree. With the first knowledge in the organization, coordination and training/coachings, you drive your themes forward. You speak German and English.
