Senior Consultant – Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry Location: Frankfurt am Main / Munich (Hybrid), Berlin (Homeoffice) Our Real World Insights team advises pharmaceutical and healthcare customers in the fields of fire management, business intelligence / analytics, but also market access, epidemiology and health economics by developing the solution to the most diverse questions of our customers based on complex evaluations of medical data. Your tasks include, in particular, the content management of projects dealing with issues relating to patient care everyday. In order to answer the customer-specific questions, the team mainly resorts to longitudinal anonymized disease and therapy profiles from our databases IQVIA Disease Analyzer and IQVIA LRx, with further primary and secondary data being added depending on the project. The project management includes both the project conception, the analytical development and the management of the content implementation as well as the interpretation of the results and the derivation of recommendations for action for our customers. The customer communication and the preparation of result workshops are also within your responsibility. As part of the project work, proven analysis methods are used on the one hand, and on the other hand you also develop innovative analysis approaches. They will work on both local and international projects, including across countries and departments.

Completed studies in the field of economics or natural sciences, epidemiology, public health, health economics, (bio-)informatics, mathematics, statistics or a comparable degree course At least 4 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare environment or in university epidemiological research Experience in designing, conducting and implementing projects and in data analysis Joy in the further development of team members in the daily business High quality, service and solution orientation Excellent data affinity and very good analytical skills as well as good programming skills (preferably in SAS, alternatively in a higher programming language) Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Embossed customer orientation, presentation security and sovereign appearance as well as a high level of responsibility, reliability and self-initiative Very good team and communication skills in German and English JOBV1_EN
