For our contract logistics location in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel we are looking for you as:

Projektmanagement

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of in- and outbound staff, moderation of team meetings.
• Ensure production volume, productivity and relevant KPIs, including timely order processing.
• Implementation of feedback talks (Lob/Critique), performance assessment in day-to-day business, deployment planning, qualification and development of employees, demand statement for training.
• Data analysis, compilation of key figures, participation in internal and external meetings.
• Monitoring the correct use of equipment, fault management, carrying out process controls and cravings.
• Ensuring compliance with workflows, performing effectiveness checks after changes/training, ensuring 5S in the area of responsibility.

What we want from you:

• Completed logistical training (e.g.: specialist for warehouse logistics or comparable) and multi-year management function in logistics companies, versed in in- and outbound processes.
• Safe handling of SAP AP1, MS Office/Google Suite as well as very good German and ideal English skills.
• Embossed communication and escalation capabilities with the aim of advancing themselves and others.
• A sense of responsibility, self-employment and self-responsibility.
