We have to do this:

• Calibration: Control of technical drawings for welding and compliance with the specified welding sequence.
• Machine adjustment: Device of welding machine and regular inspection and adaptation of welding parameters.
• Material selection: Selection of welding additive and protective gas as well as temperature control of the material during the welding process.
• Share design: Welding work in all positions according to UVV requirements using the MAG and WIG processes, partly in ultra-sonic quality; Inserting the root layer in P-10 to P-100 seams by means of coal electrode and power source.
• Reworking & Transport:Reworking of welding seams, removal of welding residues with suitable tools as well as selection and use of stop means; Transport and turning of steel constructions up to 100 t with the hall crane.

Qualifications

You bring it:

• Education:Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic_*_in the field of welding technology, welder*in or in a comparable steelworking profession.
• Quality: Valid welding certificates for the methods 135 and 136 according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1 as well as reliable knowledge in reading drawings, parts lists and welding succession plans.
• Experiments: Practice in welding large steel components with MAG and WIG welding processes; ideally experience in handling hall cranes and stop means.
• Additional Qualifications: Valid forklift and/or lifting work platform certificate or Willingness to acquire this with our support.
• Personality: Own-responsible, result-oriented and team-ready working and willingness to shiftwork.
