You and your team are essential partners for all departments at A. Lange & Söhne, from product development, production, sales, marketing to administration. They are consultants and savings partners in the further development of our applications and in the implementation of business requirements in IT projects. Together with the IT Operations team, they make our processes more efficient and effective.

Definition and further development of the business IT strategy Development and expansion of the integration of the central IT systems from ERP to CRM Management of the Group's SAP projects with two SAP experts Optimizing business processes by introducing and developing applications, in particular in the manufacturing environment with two application managers and two IT project managers Implementation of the IT strategy, from order clarification via IT PMO to capacity and budget planning Leadership and development of your growing team The position reports to the Head of IT

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science / business informatics / business management or comparable training Multiannual leadership experience in comparable tasks Solid knowledge of requirements and project management Funded knowledge in the SAP environment, S4 / HANA knowledge are advantageous Professional experience as an Applications Manager or Product Owner and Developer knowledge are advantageous Flowing language skills in German and English are absolutely necessary Experiences with IT structures and processes in (international) groups Positive, targeted problem solver mentality High level of independence, proactivity and target orientation Embossed communication and team skills, strong in the cross-area and hierarchy network / relationship building
