The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as a pedagogical specialist. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

Your perspectives - Our tasks

• With us you can actively develop the kit everyday: As a solid team member, we offer you the opportunity to shape and implement your ideas in a sustainable manner the subject area of everyday-integrated language education within the framework of the programme.
• The aim of your activity is to advise, support and professional support of the Kita team and to further develop cooperation with the families and inclusive pedagogy.
• They accompany our children in the individual kita everyday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is based on the needs of the children.
