Effective office space planning at the Hamburg location, e.g. for training areas and educational campus Design and planning of furniture concepts for newly designed offices Design of surface layouts and commissioning of new furniture Area allocation and use as well as cost-setting calculation in the corresponding IT tools Implementation and further development of processes in the field of building management Development of New Work Concepts (Activity Based Working and Hybrid Working) Transformation and rehabilitation of existing buildings in modern, sustainable office environments Planning and coordination of relocations and rebuilding measures

Complete study as an interior architect/architect or in construction Professional experience in spatial planning/design (preferably large-scale planning) for office or office Industrial areas Good communication and organizational capability

Good Auto-CAD knowledge as well as safe knowledge of German and English
