Self-responsible design, testing and negotiation of research contracts in the field of basic and clinical research of university medicine Ulm Comprehensive cooperation with the scientists of Ulm University Medicine for the optimal contract design of the research projects Negotiations with different contractual partners or lenders (industrial, public, national and international) Advising the scientists of University Medicine Ulm in all legal issues related to research contracts

Closed First and Second Legal State Exam Very good, as safe as possible, English in Word and Writing High level of social competence and team play quality Negotiating skills, communication strength and enforcement capacity readiness to work quickly and effectively into new topics Ability to edit complex facts independently and solution-oriented Experiences in the legal department of a university, a university clinic or a company are advantageous
