(Senior) Project Manager Maintenance

At the next time, we are looking for you as (Senior) project manager:in maintenance (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Nuremberg or Munich site. Our work focuses on repair and renewal of existing engineering structures such as bridges, passages, support and earth bodies. Building in stock means for us: to carry out complex technical tasks under confined conditions, under partially running railway operations and with the highest safety, quality and compliance requirements (e.g. EIGV, VV BAU, Ril 804). Your tasks: You assume the overall responsibility for complex repair projects in construction engineering – from planning to execution to transfer to plant responsibility Compliance with the cost, deadline and quality goals is guaranteed throughout all project phases You conduct regular project meetings, status and milestone discussions and keep all stakeholders up to date The management and coordination of the project participants – both internally and externally – such as planners, test engineers, reviewers and executive companies is in your hands You are responsible for compliance with statutory, technical and company-internal regulations (including EIGV, VV BAU, Ril 804, DIN EN 1090) The implementation of tenders, awards as well as the follow-up and contract management are also your responsibility You recognize risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate counter-control measures You prepare notification and approval procedures and implement them – in particular according to EIGV and VV BAU

Your profile: You have a technical/university degree as a civil engineer:in or a comparable field of study Multiannual professional experience in the self-responsible handling of railway infrastructure measures with a focus on AIB – this will also convince you in conflict situations by sovereign action and occurrence You bring the training to the Obb/KIB, the qualified design engineer (KIB or TuE) or the BVB function or are ready to obtain it Ready-to-use and load-bearing, safe and self-confident appearance as well as a pronounced team capacity are shown in your work In addition, independent, goal-oriented and solution-oriented work for you is just as natural as cross-disciplinary thinking and acting You draw from a high level of organizational talent and quality awareness A good communication skills distinguishes you and you can express yourself in writing and oral
