OT-Security Manager (m/f/d)

Projektmanager (m/w/d) You shape and assume responsibility – you take on the central technical responsibility for OT security within the Radeberger Group and develop our OT security strategy and roadmap. In addition, you translate group-wide and regulatory requirements into practical standards and coordinate their implementation in our production sites. You improve our safety level – together with our works, identify and evaluate OT risks and develop appropriate measures. In particular, you coordinate topics such as asset management, network segmentation, patch and vulnerability management, backup & recovery and monitoring, and accompany the processing of findings from assessments and audits. You bring the right parties together – As a central contact for OT security, you coordinate the OT security contact partners of our plants and control the OT security board. You work closely with the central technology, central automation, IT, CISO and business continuity management and form an important interface to the information security functions of the Oetker Group. You strengthen our cyber resilience – You bring OT-specific requirements into our incident repository, emergency and restart processes, accompany exercises and support relevant OT security incidents as professional contact persons. You anchor security from the outset – You define group-wide OT security requirements for factory safety, machinery, plants, OT components and external service providers. Together with Purchasing, Technology and the departments, you will ensure that these are properly taken into account in the organization, procurement, integration, maintenance and remote access in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Your education – you have completed your studies in computer science, IT security, automation technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Your experience – You bring several years of experience in OT/ICS security, industrial IT, automation technology or cyber security and know the special requirements of industrial production environments. Your know-how – you have knowledge of relevant OT security topics and standards, in particular IEC 62443. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2 as well as relevant security certifications are advantageous. Your personality – You can convey technical risks in a comprehensible way, bring different interests together and work independently, pragmatically and solution-oriented, implement entrepreneurial goals. For us of course – your willingness to regularly accompany our production sites on site, good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as pleasure in working with different specialist areas and contact persons.
