Project Coordinator Design Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

As a project coordinator for mechanical engineering (m/w/d), you will ensure that machine-building requirements are planned, coordinated and implemented in a clean manner – thereby making a decisive contribution to the success of demanding shipbuilding projects. Your tasks at a glance: You represent the mechanical engineering design within the project and are central to all technical topics of your department. Requirements from the project are based on a structured structure, prepare them in a comprehensible manner and coordinate the transfer to the department – just in the other direction. Control and structure communication between design, project team, customer representation, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance and other stakeholders. Quality, dates and budgets will keep you in mind and make sure that the agreed services of your department are complied with reliably. Voting with customers, internal departments and suppliers will guide you independently and control the requirement management for your area of responsibility. Depending on the project phase, you will be involved in building specifications, procurement processes, construction, construction accompaniment, testing and final delivery to the customer. Technical solutions evaluate you in a holistic way – with a view to functionality, feasibility in production and cost-effectiveness.

Complete degree in mechanical engineering or in engineering (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment First experience (from 2 years) in project management Structured, independent operation Embossed communication and team skills Enforcement and sense of responsibility Solution-oriented, economic thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions (approx. 10%)
