EAT HAPPY GROUP / FCF Holding GmbH, based in Cologne, combines several food concepts, such as EatHappy ToGo GmbH, EH Candy Cuisine GmbH and Bowl Sushi Lab GmbH, which have specialized in the production and/or distribution of Asian foods. In close cooperation with EatHappy GmbH and its more than 6,000 employees, we have been offering fresh, hand-rolled sushi and other Asian specialties for sale throughout Germany in more than 1,800 shops in food retail for more than 10 years. Leadership and development of a team of 7 employees Planning, control and monitoring of shop building projects, from the concept phase to the final handover to our operating Budget responsibility and resource management for all current projects Coordination and communication with internal departments, customers, suppliers and external partners Ensuring compliance with quality standards, dates and budgets Optimization of processes and continuous improvement of project management methods

Complete studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, economics or a comparable qualification (e.g. carpenter master / technician) Multiannual experience in project management, ideal in shop building, shop in shop systems Knowledge with industry-standard drawing programs Experience in managing teams and managing complex projects Embossed communication and leadership skills and enforcement skills Knowledge in the field of building and contract law is advantageous High loadability, flexibility and a solution-oriented operation German language skills in word and writing Readiness to travel within the DACH room
