Maintenance, maintenance and optimization of MSR systems in ventilation, refrigeration and supply technology Analysis and troubleshooting in building automation and control technology Parameterization, calibration and replacement of sensors, actuators and control components Digital documentation of all measures in modern maintenance and CAFM systems Participation in technical projects, reconstructions and extensions Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and technical standards

Complete training in electrical engineering, automation technology or MSR technology Knowledge of building control technology, e.g. Neuberger / Kieback&Peter Experience with digital documentation and maintenance software Experience with the CAFM systems or willingness to learn them Self-employed and structured working methods, high responsibility Team skills and willingness to participate in readiness Good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a valid work permit driving licence class B
