Our client is an experienced general contractor for broadband expansion and digital infrastructures headquartered in Zeulenroda-Triebes (Thüringen). Self-contained planning, organisation and control of civil engineering projects in glass fibre construction, with compliance with technical specifications Coordination and management of the construction and subcontracting Ensuring compliance with construction times, quality standards, safety regulations and legal and environmental requirements Monitoring of proper construction site documentation including measurements and reporting Communication with builders, authorities and other project participants Implementation of construction meetings and participation in the acceptance and transfer of construction sections

Successfully completed technical training (e.g. civil engineering, technician civil engineering, civil engineering) or comparable qualification Insufficient, profound experience in the construction line, ideally in civil engineering and glass fiber construction Funded knowledge in project management as well as relevant regulations and standards (ZTVS, VOB, RSA) Safe handling of MS Office applications, preferably experience with GIS programs Advantage: Industry-specific software knowledge Impressed communication skills, organizational skills and enforcement driving licence class B Ready for Germany-wide mounting inserts Good knowledge of German (at least level B2) for communication at the construction site

The annual salary for this position is about 48,000 € to 60,000 €brutto p.a. .
