Legal Assistant / Partner Assistant / Legal Assistant in Commercial and Corporate Law (m/f/d)

You take over the organizational and administrative support in the daily business. This includes, in particular, the independent file management, time-limit control and calendar management, the preparation and processing of correspondence and documents, communication with clients, courts and other parties, as well as the preparation of fees according to RVG and honorary agreement. You will be relieved of your own executing department in matters of enforcement.

You ideally have a completed training as a lawyer, a further training as a legal specialist or a legal expert or a relevant experience in the law firm organization. Important to us are security in time-limit control, briefing and legal correspondence, very good German knowledge, safe handling of MS Office and digital work equipment as well as reliability, self-initiative and joy in a trusted cooperation in the team. Knowledge in dealing with commercial and corporate mandates is welcome, but no compelling prerequisite. It is crucial that you are racing, work carefully and support our department organizationally reliably.
